Disclaimer for This Referral Website

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this before you rely on anything at sillycousin.living. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

We Refer, We Don't Repair

Sillycousin Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not carry out emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair or any other plumbing work. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider, not Sillycousin Plumbing.

Being Connected Is Not an Endorsement

When we connect you with a provider, we are not vouching for that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given moment. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, permits, insurance and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

The content here is meant to inform. It is not professional, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every plumbing problem is a little different, and what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified plumber about your own situation.

About Costs

Any prices you see here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real costs shift with the job, your location, materials, the time of day and how big the problem is. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision, so ask your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe First

Plumbing trouble can come with electrical risks, gas appliances, hot water and dirty wastewater. Please do not put yourself in danger. If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility from outside. If you think someone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Sillycousin Plumbing when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We try to keep this information correct and current. Even so, we do not warrant that it is complete or that it contains no errors.
