Sillycousin Plumbing is a referral service for homeowners with a plumbing problem. Many of the people who find us have never dealt with one before. We try to make that first time less stressful.

We are not a plumbing company. We do not own trucks, and we do not send anyone to your door. Providers do the work.

Why This Site Exists

When water is on the floor, searching for help is hard. Pages look alike, and it is tough to tell who actually does the work. We wanted a plain place that says what it is.

So here it is. We connect you with independent providers. That is the whole job.

How the Matching Works

You send a request or make a call. We pass your details to a provider in our network who serves your area. That provider contacts you, asks about the problem, and explains what they can do.

A few things shape the match:

• Your town and the type of problem
• Whether a provider is available when you need help
• The kind of home you have, such as an older house with a full basement

Availability varies by provider, so we never promise a set arrival time.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be clear about pricing, explain the work in plain words, and treat your home with care. We also expect them to hold any licenses their local rules require.

We do not do the work, so we cannot vouch for every job. You should still check credentials yourself. Ask for it in writing.

What We Do Not Do

It helps to know the limits.

• We do not repair, install, or clear anything.
• We do not set your price. The provider gives you the quote.
• We do not decide for you. You choose whether to hire.

How We Are Paid
