How to Raise a Complaint With Sillycousin Plumbing
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Sillycousin Plumbing should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Sillycousin Plumbing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
The plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. One limit to understand: Sillycousin Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@sillycousin.living and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What You Can Expect
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
